Attorney HAM Phea is a member of Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia. Attorney HAM Phea is the founder and the president of The Glory Legal. Attorney HAM Phea was a former officer at the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MOL) and a former officer at the Secretariat of Arbitration Council. Attorney HAM Phea has more than 20 years of experiences in resolving collective labor disputes and individual disputes for investment companies at MOL, Arbitration Council and courts. He has been working as legal advisor to many business owners and investment companies. He experienced in defending and representing clients in courts and experienced in arbitration proceedings at National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) of Kingdom of Cambodia.
