Prior to becoming a lawyer, our president was an officer at the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Trainings (MLVT) in charge of labor disputes and spent several years working in the labor arbitration council. Labor and employment area has been our core expertise as we have represented various companies, enterprises, and employee in the labor dispute resolution through court, arbitration and negotiation. 
Our services include: 
-Draft/review of employment contract, HR policies, internal regulation and other necessary documents
-Represent client in labor dispute at MLVT, arbitration council and/or court
-Legal consultation on the labor law or all kind of labor issues including   without limitation  to labor compliance, terminations, compensation,   disciplinary issues, strikes/log out etc.
